Spend most of your time at the grocery store in the outer aisles. Venture too far into the guts of the store and you'll be tempted with many a treat that's not so clean. All the good stuff...meat, yogurt, veggies...can be found in the perimeter. If you must venture within, do so with a carefully crafted list. And some blinders with a side of willpower. -Tara
