  1. I am FAB-O because I suffer from a metabolic disease and Hypothyroidism. If I didn't move my body through running, I would become extremely tired, experience muscle and joint fatigue and easily gain alot of weight. Running and doing races has not only helped me control my weight, stay heart healthy, but also keeps my mind clear from demons such as depression. A sad symptom many sufferers of Hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's Disease)experience. I do it because not only do I want to be healthy for myself, but I, as a mother, want to be a role model for my kids. To help them understand that life isn't always about sitting around watching TV or playing video games, but getting outside, being strong and staying active to living an overall 'better' life-style no matter what your age is and thus set examples for peers they know as well.

    1. Stephanie! You are the winner! Please contact me via email at by Saturday AM - Thank you!

  2. I am FAB-O because if I win, I will give the freebie to my husband as a bribe to get him to run with me. He doesn't run and doesn't really support my running so maybe if he takes a run w me he might just do it more often.

    1. Sorry you are not a winner, thank you for entering!
