RECIPE: Baked Apples (Quick & Easy)

Looking for a quick, nutritious cold weather snack?



  • Peel your favorite apple
  • Cute into 1/4's and cut out the core
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon
  • Put in oven at 350* until the apple is warm but not crispy
  • (If you have a NuWave Oven - cook it for 5 minutes)

Done!

You now have a warmed apple with cinnamon. Great for the metabolism (cinnamon) and the apple is full of essential nutrients. Plus, it's warm - it's a great comfort food!
