Ever want a great nutritious breakfast that won't weigh you down?
Here is one of my favorites. Full of vitamins, proteins, carbs and not heavy on the calories - but heavy on flavor!
Super Easy, too!
Slice and Core your favorite apple. For this recipe, I use Fuji apples. Peeling is option. Keeping the peel on does add more fiber.
Lightly spread natural peanut butter on Wasa Bread. Two pieces is enough for me.
Two slices of apple per Wasa Bread
Top with a drizzle of Honey or Agava Nectar
Sprinkle on Chia Seeds for added antioxidant boost and nutrients
Toast in toaster oven or your NuWave Oven for approximately 4 minutes
Comes out warm, toasty and a great breakfast to start your crisp Fall Morning - Enjoy!
