BBQ Chicken Quesadilla in the NuWave Oven | Prep: 5 minutes

Prep Time:  5 minutes max
Cook Time:  10-15 minutes, depending on your desired crispiness


  • Corn Tortillas
  • Chicken pieces (cut into cubes or shredded).  *We always have a container of boiled chicken breasts in the refrigerator.  So versatile to have on hand for recipes
  • Your BBQ sauce (no fat!) 
  • Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Cooking Oil Spray

Spray one side of the tortilla.  Place sprayed side DOWN on the NuWave Rack

Spread Mozzarella Cheese
Chicken pieces
BBQ sauce
SPRINKLE Cheddar Cheese
Another layer of Mozzarella Cheese
(See picture below) 

with all the layers

Place another Tortilla on top and lightly spray with Cooking Oil Spray

Invert rack and place on top of the quesadillas to keep the top tortillas from "blowing off" during cooking (See picture below)

COOK ON HIGH for 10 minutes or until desired crispiness

Flip over with a spatula

COOK ON HIGH for additional 5 minutes or until desired crispiness
(See picture below)

Remove from NuWave and cut with Pizza Cutter.  They will be crispy and not greasy!  SO YUMMY!
