1 c. of your favorite tomato/spaghetti sauce
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (low-fat and melts great)
1 c. of fresh, diced tomatoes
1 c. of fresh, diced white onions
Turkey Bacon (2 strips per person)
Russet Potatoes (2 potatoes per person)
Garlic Powder (not Garlic Salt)
Oil or Cooking Spray
Optional: Dipping sauces (sour cream, ranch, salsa, etc)
Wash potatoes and lightly coat your hands with oil and rub around outside of potatoes
Cut potatoes in half (do not peel)
If you want less potato – scoop out. We keep the potato in the skin
On the potato - lightly spread oil or use spray oil
Sprinkle Garlic POWDER and Oregano on top of each potato
Arrange potatoes on 4” rack – UPSDIE DOWN (see photo below)

On shorter rack – place two strips of Turkey Bacon (per person – see photo below)

Cooked bacon until extra crispy, approximately 20 minutes – blot with paper towel to remove any excess moisture/fat
The moisture/fat from the bacon will drip onto the potatoes, that is a good thing!
Once bacon is crispy cooked – remove from NuWave Oven - Dice bacon into tiny pieces. Set aside
While bacon and potatoes are cooking – if you have not already done so, dice up tomatoes and onions

Cook potatoes on high for addt’l 25 minutes or until potato is light, crispy brown
Once the potato is crispy brown – (see photo below)
*Toppings (in this order)
- Your favorite tomato/spaghetti sauce – do not saturate, just lightly coat the potato

- Lightly coat each potato with cheese.
- Diced tomatoes
- Diced onions
- Diced Turkey Bacon Bits
|Ready for Cooking!|
Cook on high for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
(While cooking – clean up the kitchen from the cooking- saves you time and you don’t have to worry about it after your meal)
Be careful - they will be HOT - make sure you cool down a bit before serving!

Serve with your favorite condiments for dipping or eat without any sauce.
Add a fresh green side salad – and you have a great dinner the entire family will enjoy!
